My blog says it’s registered through Wild West Domains. However, they tell me it’s registered through WordPress. WordPress tells me it’s registered through Automattic, and going to Automattic’s website tells me… nothing!

I’ve never seen a more useless website!

In any case, how on earth does one make changes to the Whois information for a www.ads-software.com site registered through Automattic?

  • Are you talking about the domain registration or where the blog is hosted?

Your whois information should tell you where the domain is registered (like Netsol or Godaddy). That is where you would make changes for your WHOIS information.

It sounds like you are not sure where you registered your domain name?

It tells me the blog was registered through Automattic.

But I have no idea how to make changes. When I go to the Automattic website, it has no info on how to do this.

Ok, never mind. I figured it out.

Wow, they make that hard! I had to go in through my old wordpress.com account that I haven’t used in over 2 years!

    Anyway, sorry to bother!
