    Hi @supertrooper2

It looks like there is an issue with traffic to the /test-platform5/ redirecting to /news/.

The Jetpack CDN is working on /news/, but not the /test-platform5/ URL.

In order for Jetpack to work, the xmlrpc.php file needs to be accessible on the site you are attempting to use it on.

Please adjust your redirects so that we can connect via xmlrpc.php.

If I run a check on the following URL https://focusingonwildlife.com/test-platform5/xmlrpc.php I get the following response:

XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.

Surely if you get a response back from the server saying, “XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.”, it means that the xmlrpc.php file is enabled?

    Please advise.

    Hi @supertrooper2

I can confirm that your XML-RPC endpoint is accessible there and accepts requests; however, I can see that Jetpack is currently disconnected on that site.

I’d suggest reinstalling Jetpack connecting it to your WordPress, by following the steps on our documentation:

    https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/

Do let us know how this goes!

I have re-installed Jetpack according to your instructions but the JetPack CDN still does not work.

You will see that JetPack is now connected to our self-hosted WordPress.

    Please check and advise.

There may be something else installed on the site that’s causing problems here. The quickest way to figure out if something is interfering is to test for a theme or plugin conflict.

I know it’s less than ideal, but could you please try the following:

    – Temporarily deactivate all the site’s plugins except for Jetpack and clear your browser’s cache.
    – Then check again. If Jetpack serves the images, then we’ll know that another plugin is conflicting here. You can re-enable your plugins one by one, checking in between, until you find the one causing the conflict. You can leave it disabled or reach out to the plugin developer for a fix.

If disabling plugins doesn’t help, it may be the theme.

    – Temporarily switch your theme to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty. Then check again. If Jetpack serves the images, then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you can reach out to the theme developer for a fix.

If none of that helps, can you please try pausing CloudFlare as described here?

After you’ve paused it, try again to see if the issue persists.

Let us know how that goes.
