    thats an OBVIOUS copy and paste job from something (MS Word) that inserted its own formatting.

    You cannot do that.

    Its discussed in a 1000 posts. (ok maybe not that many but it sure feels like it)

    I’m aware of the shitty copy-paste problem, but I’m not sure that this is the case because I haven’t done that. I have copied 2 images from other websites – but as I remove these, nothing happens.

    I will try when I get home, but I cant believe that WP is so sensitive that all the layout f*cksup because of an additional < p > tag..

    and it is just not because of WordPress, it can happen to a plain html page too ??
