Why is my footer at the top of my site

I’m pretty new at this and have encountered an issue I really need help with. My site www. mindfulfoodie.com had an issue in FF where the content on all pages appeared only after scrolling down a long way, with the help of this forum I resolved that issue only to be left with a worse one. My footer now appears across the top of the pages. I would appreciate any and all advice.
