Hello. I have a full width logo/banner in the header and it’s showing as too low res. The image was a png which used to work great but it’s now being automatically converted to a webp, which then lowers the quality. I try uploading a new png but instantly it changes it to a webp. How can I stop it doing this? Many thanks

    Hi @zsedeny,

I don’t think it has anything to do with this plugin. If you have a plugin to optimize the uploaded images on your site, there’s a chance that plugin is the one who responsible with converting the images.

Anyway, I check your site above and notice the banner is in PNG. Refer to this screenshot, please.

Thanks for your reply. It’s strange because when I right-click on the banner/logo and try to save, it’s identified as a webp. But I can see for you it’s not.

How do I edit my header? Would you be able to advise me? I could do it before but now I can’t find the option within WordPress.

    Many thanks, Karen

    Hi @zsedeny,

Whatever changes the image format, I am sure it’s not this plugin.

Well, regarding editing the Header, you should have it here.

Thanks Herman. In that section you showed me, I only have Footer. There is no Header there. Karen

    Hi @zsedeny,

If you do not create a Header, then indeed you won’t have it. I shared my screenshot above just as a reference.

Anyway, I think creating a video showing how it looks on your end, and share the video here will help us to understand the issue you are having better.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

Thanks for your reply, Herman. I do have a header on my website but it doesn’t appear in the menu of the app – I only have the footer listed there. Is this because it was created outside the app? I was sure I did use the app but perhaps not. Sorry if this question seems silly – I’m a beginner! Thanks, Karen

    Hi @zsedeny,

Sorry for my lack, however, I don’t think I can understand you. I would ask you to please create a video to show us how it looks on your end. You can use free service like Loom to capture the video. If for some reason, video is not possible, please at least share a screenshot. It will help to understand what you were talking about.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Very pleased to know that!

Feel free to start a new thread if there’s anything else related to this plugin, we can help you with.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
