Why is my page forwarding to another (nonexistant) page

Something very odd is happening with the sales page we have been working on. (and this is not the time for it to be doing this!)
If if I try to view https://www.worldette.com/FIBI/
it is forwarding to a page called https://www.worldette.com/FIBI/false which does not exist and so gives a 404 error code.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
