Why is my preview different to my live website?

can someone help me here? why is it on my elementor/wordpress site, when I am previewing/making changes on elementor, everything looks fixed in positiion but when I update, the page is skewed? like this

can someone help? I have given all images imported onto the site a custom height and width which can be seen in the images (191 x 260), if you have the answer can you please send me a direct message as sometimes i cant see if someone pings me here, ty.
