It’s never been commercial and never will be. It’s not a business, and doesn’t generate any revenue but the notification in my dashboard says Jetpack is identifying my site as such. It makes zero money.

    Will anyone representing Jetpack respond?

Glad to see nobody is interested in responding. For anyone who is interested, there are alternatives. I switched to WordPress “Independent Analytics” plugin. It’s practically the same thing as Jetpacks stats.

    Hi @porubs1,

Someone re-categorized my site as commercial again, I have another notice telling me I need to purchase the plugin.

I double-checked that your site has non-commercial status in our records.

To use Jetpack Stats for non-commercial sites, you still need to follow the flow on https://wordpress.com/stats/purchase/ to certify that your site is non-commercial:

    1. Check the boxes that apply to your site, which make it non-commercial
    2. You will be given the opportunity to make a contribution toward the service if you would like. Any contribution is greatly appreciated!

I hope that the above helps but please let me know if you have further questions.
