Why is my store messed up?

    So I installed this theme and linked it to my printify store…..but several things don’t work…..the cart and checkout doesnt work.

    Also when you click on a product it doesnt enlarge it or open the window with the image you have to click on the plus button….

    Several of the links don’t work….you click on view cart and it takes you to a different page….

    I didn’t do anything other than activate the theme…..so what can I do?

  • Hi @africano,

    Could you please share your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply.
