Why is my tsv file invalid?

I created my file with EMeditor in Windows.
I extracted the rows from one city.
I replaced the first line with the headers.
(I also tried it without headers on the first line)
I saved the file as .tsv extention

I uploaded the file to
wp-content/plugins/import-hotels-from-csv-for-bookingcom-affiliates/tsv-uploads

The file is not recognised.
What can I have done wrong?
