Why is pinch-to-zoom disabled?

  • When using a mobile device you can’t use pinch to zoom a page with this theme loaded. Pages are fixed in size and if you can’t read the text clearly then you can’t zoom in to see it better. The reason is that there is a meta tag with “user-scalable=no” in header.php which prevents this. Why is the zoom locked?
