In my dashboard I see this:
WangGuard has checked 2987 users, and detected 46 Sploggers.

These 46 sploggers are users that are not in my Users database, so I guess these users were never registered to my site. I am wondering why.
In this way I cannot correct this if it was a false detection. Is this the way this plugin works? Or am I missing something?

    Yes,

You can see WangGuard Sats. There is more clear the information.

the 46 users can be users detected in your database or users blocked because they are sploggers.

At this time, WangGuard has 0.0000001% false positive. Normally, all users that are blocked, they contact with us and we fix the problem.

In a future release, we will add a moderation for signup, so you will see all users blocked, and if it is a false positive, you will be able to allow registration.

    Kind regards

thank you.. good to know this!

+1 for moderation. This has been a great plugin, but I had to stop using it as our false positive rate was closer to 10% and it was too much of an issue as we try to get new clients logged on to our system.

Hi @carlen, that happens when there are many people using a VPN or proxy.

You can try to deactivate IP check.
