    Why is support not answering Emails?

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay in response.

    I’ve just checked our mailbox but it looks like we’ve not received any recent requests from the Hawaii Real Estate team. Do you have the ticket number so that I can try to track this down? The last request I could find was on May 17, 4:45pm.

    If it is an option, would you mind resending the issue by creating a new support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?
