Why is the a horizontal slide under the image?

    To clarify, I meant the image ha a scroll bar beneath the image.

    Dear customer slider has no limits of changes it should always slide.
    We need to look at that horizontal page controls to say the solution so could you please give us link to that page.

    I already got a response from your support and they asked for admin access to my website. I am really surprised that anyone would provide this information to a stranger. If I had the settings or instructions I could fix this myself. If there is no other way to correct this I will have to go with a different plugin.

    Dear if our developers asked for it, that means the issue doesn’t come from the plugin. Sometimes problems comes from client website. there can be conflicts or JavaScript errors.
    The plugin doesn’t have side scrolling feature in it. That may push your theme. So everything is absolutely safe.
