Why is the german language pack removed?

Sorry, but i can’t figure out what that means.

Are the german translations incomplete and this is the reason why you removed it?
Do you plan to reintegrate the translations into the plugin? If yes, will it be soon? I hope you understand why this is a problem for me. I cannot update the plugin anymore if the translations are missing…
