I noticed in the docs the plugin only syncs 500 files. Is this a performance limitation, or based on a premium/free type system, or ?

    Hi @nikmartin-1 ,

The 500 files sync is a free feature available in this plugin.

We don’t have a pro version of this plugin.

What does “sync 500 files” mean? Is this a cumulative amount? Per month/year? I cannot find the documentation example mentioned. Thanks.

    Hi @wactv

Well, “sync 500 files” means that with this plugin you can sync with up to 500 files at a time.

Yes, it is the cumulative amount and there’s no monthly/ yearly quota for this.

We don’t have a pro version of this plugin yet.

Let us know if you have any more queries.

    Thanks.

ok thanks. Just to give you scope, I have over 300k images/objects, and about 15k per month. I just want a simple, and uncomplicated method to put articles over to S3. At the moment I use S3/Cloudfront and Cloudflare, so I am essentially getting cache done automatically.

I also use s3cmd, but having an automated method like your plugin would be nice. of course without limits. Please definitely consider how you might offer a premium plugin, for development and production licenses.

    Hi @wactv ,

    Thanks for your input.

I understand why you need this plugin.

However, you see we are working on this plugin, and hopefully, we will add your mentioned features in the near future.

And if there’s any update regarding this, I’ll notify you.

But I can’t promise when these features will be included in the plugin.

    Hope you understand.

    Thanks.
