why is the plugin removed form www.ads-software.com??

Sure. They also just permanently removed the Hotel Booking Styles from WP. I think they might be in some trouble.

I was just about to buy the pro version but wanted to test the lite version first. This looks so dodgy, not sure I would trust this company now.

Does anyone have recommendations for a different hotel booking plug-in that is trustworthy?

Motopress have given an update on their website (same link as above). I’ve been using lite for a couple of years now and I’ve had no problems; I’ll continue using them unless the situation worsens.
