Why is the shipping cost not listed on checkout page?

    Hi!

    First of all: I’m using the “Advanced Flat Rate Shipping For WooCommerce Pro” plugin, because I need to calculate the shipping costs based on product weight.

    My main problem are:

    1.) shipping costs are only visible on the CART page
    2.) in the TOTAL section the shippings cost is not added as item, it’s only visible in the “CALCULATE SHIPPING” section next to TOTAL
    3.) if the shipping cost is selected it is not visible on the CHECKOUT page
    4.) the available shipping costs, which were visible on the CART page, are not listed on the CHECKOUT page
    5.) I don’t know why the same shipping cost is listed twice…

    Which settings are realted to this? I’m a little bit confused…

    I want to list the detailed shippings cost on the CART and also on the CHECKOUT page, I saw this way on every webshop I used…

    Hi @voriand,

    The first thing I’d recommend you confirm is whether this is an issue with WooCommerce overall, or only with the plugin you are using to calculate shipping.

    To do this, you can create a Flat Rate shipping method – one of the methods that come with WooCommerce out of the box and don’t require extra plugins.

    Depending on whether this core method appears at checkout or not, you’ll know whether this is an issue with the core plugin, or with the shipping plugin you installed.

    Dear Fernando,

    sadly, it’s not resolved. I removed all plugins, but the shippings costs is still no visible on the checkout page.

    How and where do I need to configure Woocommerce to show the shipping costs on the CART and also on the CHECKOUT page? On all two pages it should be calculated and added to the TOTAL as well.

    There is no default configuration in WooCommerce that would hide shipping costs from the checkout page. They could be hidden from the cart, but not checkout.

    It is my understanding that on your site they are shown on the cart page, but not at checkout – which is puzzling.

    Did you try this with a core shipping method, like flat rate or local pickup? I’m asking again since you didn’t confirm that in your reply.
