why is the title woocommerce predictive search now stuck in my header???

I installed this plugin to see how it would work, added it to my sidear, and it somehow attached the title ‘woocommerce predictive search’ to a custom search box in my header! And now the search box is all stretched out causing my site to look really bad. I removed the widget, deactivated it and removed it but this title is still there and I can’t figure out how to get rid of it! I thought the plugin looked good in the sidebar but this has really messed up my site now… Can someone please tell me how to fix this??
