    Good morning,

I wanted to share more of a reflection than a technical support request regarding the absence of a WooCommerce widget within the WordPress dashboard.

As you know, the dashboard is the first page we all see after logging in. It’s curious why WooCommerce is investing in a smartphone app but not in a WooCommerce widget.

For instance, it would be helpful to see a summary of sales (revenue, number of orders received, number of products sold), and perhaps where these orders are coming from (you already have this data, as it’s displayed in the new column in the “Orders” section of WooCommerce).

It would be fantastic to also have daily user numbers and ROI.

Am I asking for too much?

    Keep up the great work!

  • Hey there, @griotta! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

We do have a widget that shows a lot of WooCommerce information on the dashboard.

If you are not seeing it on your dashboard, please follow the steps below to enable it.

If you want the widget to have more information and features, we have a website where you can submit feature requests and upvote the ones other people submitted and you like. You can check that out here.

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help or if you have further questions.

    Have a wonderful day!

I’m familiar with the default widgets that WooCommerce offers. I use them! But frankly, they’re quite basic…

The only useful one is the WooCommerce Status, but it has been offering the same information for years and years. Perhaps it’s time for an update?

I’ll be adding a feature request.

    Regards!
