Why is there an empty order make by this pluin

    Hi,

    We’ve had a few orders marked as shipped in woocommerce! When this happens you start searching and searching and it takes all of your focus and energy.

    After spending many hours to find out if there is a virus or hack we finally found that this plugin is making empty orders by itself for no reason and the has never been mentioned anywhere. Really!!!!!?????

    We’ve looked at the code and found that this plugin makes an order with admin name with these details.

    Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen, Vietnam

    What is this and why it is in the code really?

    This is a very bad practice dear developer!!!
    Can you explain why this plugin is making these orders?
    How come it has never been mentioned anywhere so that people don’t spend countless hours looking for this bad practice?
    Finally how to fix this?

    Hello @jasnicole,

    we are sorry for the inconvenience.
    When you activate the plugin,if your website has no orders the plugin will creates empty orders to run custom features on customize.
    You can delete these orders when you have real orders.

    Hi @mytrinh I’m sure that there is still a bug in the plugin, because we have orders everyday and the website is not empty.

    please check to see if this can be fixed. We are trying other plugins from your company and can only go premium if things are working good in the free version and are secure and hack free.

    I checked the problem and the plugin only creates orders if I going to customize and the website has no orders or has just deleted all orders.
    So what is the date of creating the first test order and the actual order in your website?
    And the code is used to create these test orders:

    Thanks @mytrinh the orders begin from 02-2019 and everyday there are orders, but after studying the code, it doesn’t seem to be a problem is one order is created. The problem is that the SAMPLE order was created 2 times until now, but we deleted those order each time.

    We are also unable to find out why the order was created two time!

    If the order was made one more time then we will not delete it and just keep it as is and see how it would work.

    The code is looking good, but maybe something is still not going the way it should.
