Why is this page not displaying in the Serp?

I’ve been using Relevanssi for several months without problems, and found it to be much better than Ivory Search.

Today, I noticed it wasn’t displaying a particular page in the expected search results.

I’ve read you notes to help debug, and even installed Monitor Query.

The expected page +does+ show in the WP Admin search, so it’s likely to be a Theme conflict, but why for one particular page?

I’m out of my depth ??

The Post meta Title is: Youths: Remember Now!

But it doesn’t show in the Relevanssi serp for youths but other posts with that word do display.

I should mention our site uses the LiteSpeed plugin and is on a LiteSpeed server.
(Yes, I have tried purging all caches after re-indexing.)
