Why is your plugin sending data to slack?

    Hello,

    I see this in index file

    https://hooks.slack.com/services/***/***/***

Sending $values->text = "website : $siteurl ,\n email : $email ,\n product : $product ,\n action : $type_of_actions ";

    Seems like you are gathering data from plugin installs. But why admin email or site url? Thats sensitive information.
