Why logo is not displayed as H1?

  • I am interested why logo title is not h1 tag? I setup logo on my site and logo title is not have h1 tag it is not displayed with any tag (h2, h3). I want to add h1 tag but to be displayed just as h1 tag on homepage and as h2 tag on post, category and other pages. How I can setup this what I want?

    just small addition. it is not good that site title is not h1 tag. on homepage I not have h1 tag thera are post title with h2 tag. On posts that is not big deal, because post title is h1 tag but even there site name (logo) shoul be h2 tag
