    Dear all
I’m wondering why MG creates mg-xxxx.css files in the folder wp-content/mg-styles for every new gallery. Is there an option to switch this off when not required? I personally feel spammed by those IMO unncessary files and see an issue when synchronizing my local development repository with the remote one.
    Best regards
    Christian

I’ve looked at the CSS files created by MaxGalleria. At the minimum they contain some default CSS required for the gallery and if the user chooses to customize the gallery’s appearance, then that CSS code would be automatically generated and stored in one of theses CSS files.

If you do not want these files generated for each gallery, you could use an earlier version of MaxGalleria prior to version 5.0.0 (for image tiles and video tiles galleries). Older versions of MaxGalleria are available on the bottom of this page, https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/maxgalleria/advanced/

    Hi Alan

Thanks a lot for your response. I solved the issue by adding corresponding functionality as add-on.

    Best regards
