Why moan about paying for pro version and support – when it's worth it?

Formidable is a solid development plugin if you’re serious about form-building. Ok – you have to pay for some of the heavy-weight features, but it’s worth it. I have to question when people don’t want to pay for a) a great plugin and b) serious support. I also don’t understand those who say the documentation is not good, because it’s just not true (maybe try reading it…) – and the support forum is mainly open and a great reference.
