Why my wordpress dashboard is not working?

I got a Blog on Android games reviews. Everything was working perfectly yesterday but when i visited my dashboard today for adding a new post, i see my dashboard is not opening. It shows blank rather. I did not installed any new plugin i have disable all the plugin I was using. I also cleared the cache of my browser but again same problem occurs.
Is that because of the new version I have updated or it is the hosting who is troubling?
