The issue is that the address you entered, “IPC DIstribuciones” is too vague. Please enter a full, proper address and everything will work fine ??

If you search for “IPC DIstribuciones” on Google or Google Maps yourself, you might see the result you expect as Google uses your location, your search history etc. in order to show result relevant to you, but on an embedded map you need to enter a full address.

I wanted to have it like this so that I could keep the title but as you have proposed it is much better.
