Why not add NOFOLLOW on the links??

Can we get a option to add NOFOLLOW on all the shareaholic links like facebook, twitter etc? Why havent this feature been added already? ??
Ive tried different plugins for adding nofollow on the links, but non of them seems to be able to read the plugins link.
