Hi – Your plugin feature is a nice free add-on for Gravity Forms, and is currently used by a substantial no. of users. Also, you seem to be active on support forum, implying you have not abandoned the plugin, but then why not test/update it with latest GF/WP version? I have not used it yet, as I am skeptical that the old version may break things.

Request you to kindly test and update the plugin if needed, to ensure compatibility.

    Thanks,

    Hi ambujgarg,

    Thank you for your message.

As with any plugin, we would always recommend to install and test on a development site first before installing on a production site. This will help eliminate any surprises that may occur with any plugins that you install. We have not had many issues with significant problems related to the plugin, but past performance is obviously no guarantee of future operation.

Problems that have been identified have been resolved, so if you encounter any issues, please do let us know and we will look to provide a fix as quickly as possible, if it relates to our plugin.

We are currently in the final stages of creating a more user-friendly, upgraded version of our plugin which we hope to release soon.

We hope the above helps, and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have further questions.

Thanks for the clarification. I just wanted to check why on the plugin www.ads-software.com page, it is only showing tested up to WP version 4.7.11, while WP current ver is 4.9.8.

I suppose you answered that when you said you are going to release a upgraded version of the plugin soon (waiting for that), of course, I will test your plugin in a staging environment first.

    Cheers,
