Why only 2 themes?

    Through https://www.webhostingbuzz.com I registered my domain and installed the Word Press theme from the CPanel.

    Now in my WP dashboard, I only see 2 theme options.
    1. Twenty Eleven
    2. Twenty Ten

    Why is that so? Earlier if it was a wordpress.com blog then there were 100s of free themes.

    I no longer see any other WordPress themes.
