why only one time login

  • Hi,

    Why can a temp login only be used once?
    Second time it just redirects to the login page without username and password filled.

    Hi @bramvds,

    There is no restriction on the number of times a user can login. The link might have expired or there must be some other issue related to this which we can check if the first reason is not the case.

    Can you check if the link that you are using to login is still active?

    Hi,
    Yes all temp links are still active.
    On all shops this happens.
