I am having a staff contest, I want auto export the entries to a leaderboard on my digital signage.

This is something do able with all other survey companies. i feel sad I picked this one ??

They also rarely ever respond to emails, especially if they don’t like the question.

All I want to do is export results to say a static live html website. It could even have a password, my digital signage can self autheticate, choose what information gets exported. Very basic request, not good export tools, very limited.

Well, no one replied to my emails.

I want to automatically export the data to my digital signage.

But AYS surveys don’t seem to do that.

My survey asks for the staff’s names, I want to put these names onto a graph or whatever and auto export and refresh.

I put the question shortcode onto my website page, and my digital signage displays the website page, but it has stopped updating, and for some reason does not combine the scores, so it’s a long list. But my solution is useless because it stopped updating itself.

    Dear @tonyscreativewebservices,

    Thank you for the topic.

Firstly, I want to mention, that we haven’t received an email with this content before.

As to the case you are mentioning, I want to mention, that all the data is being displayed and refreshed via PHP.
The only reason for the problem can be the strong cache.

So, in case you are currently using the Cache plugin, firstly, you can make a DB backup for your safety (you can use UpdraftPlus).
Then, clear all the caches and check whether the issue persists or not.

Also, make sure that it does not store a strong cache and that the webpage where the survey is located does not become static(HTML).
Check whether deactivate PHP cache is ticked from the settings of the cache plugin or not.
If yes, then please deactivate it.

Please check this and let us know about the outcome.

    Thank you.
