• I was going to give you five stars, even after having to go elsewhere due to changes in PHP, WordPress or whatever caused the existing ninja forms not to work because you got it going again.

Now I am setting up a new site and everytime I click an option or save progress I get a prompt to Rate Ninja Forms. Well here is your rating. 2 for the inconvenience of closing your prompt several times even after clicking I will review!

Maybe I will update this if the prompt goes away, if not will probably switch as there are tons of options! Will admit am hoping to stay here because I have been using Ninja Forms for over 10 years and like the simple interface and dont have to add more plugins to see the entries

Went in to Ninja Form settings and disabled “Admin Notifications” and it stopped the popup.

    Hey Fundrums,

I hate nags like this as much as anyone. We’re always trying to improve the experience, and I’m sure we miss the mark sometimes. We recently rolled out a new onboarding process, so I did a fresh install to see what you’re describing and look for any excessive or unnecessary popups.

I tested it two ways—one where I went through the full onboarding and one where I skipped it. The only pop-up I saw asking for any kind of review was at the very end of onboarding, after publishing my first form. If skipped, I don’t get that one either.

There’s also a pop-up when you first install the plugin, but that one just asks for permission to collect telemetry data so we can keep improving the product.

Are these the two pop-ups you’re talking about? If you’re seeing something different, let me know so I can dig into it. The last thing we want is to get in the way of you building and using your forms.

    ~ James
