Why Tag Groups?

  • What is the added value of Tag Groups?
    Tag in a group is not a tag. Especially if it can not belong to 1..N groups in the same time.
    Why forcing people to invent tag groups so they can have tag cloud on the page?
    What is this plugin getting by having this “feature”?
