Why the Question Mark appear on some item during import?

    Hello!

    I would like to inquire about a weird issue that sometimes when i import products, questions marks (?) appear on product title, description & short description.

    An example can be seen on one product page here -> https://qonooz.com/product/arshia-roster-pan/

    I have noticed that sometimes it appears when i add bullet points in the CSV file or add apostrophes.

    How can i solve this problem?
