Why the wpwebinarsystem.com is not available from Russia?

OMG, that shouldn’t happen! What exactly do you see? An error?

We do like Russia, we have Russian users and a Русский translation also! Never heard of other Russian users who have any problems accessing the site.

Google Chrome, Opera, FireFox: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

my internet provider – “Beeline” Moscow. (dynamic IP pool)
Regularly review the 10-20 Sites from different countries, and these problems are not noticed.

If you need help to verify the connection, or anything else, I am ready to do it.

To read the documentation about this plugin I have to use a proxy.

I think this was due to the settings of the ithemes security plugin. Can you check again please if it works for you?
