Why there are always two backups after one time backup action?

I tried several times, but there are always two backups after “Backup Now” action, please check the screenshot:

Also, there are alway temp-files around 106MB, and please check this topic at https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/is-it-safe-to-delete-tmp-files/
Are there any potential issue? or are all expected?
