Why there is no CLEAR indication that it is no longer used?

  • When we enter this plugin page, we nowhere see that WP already includes this.
    on https://v2.wp-api.org/ somewher ein the middle page, in just “bolded” font, it is said.

    however, THE TOP MOST MESSAGE AND MOST VISIBLE, should be that this plugin is no longer needed at all.

    IT WASTES OUR TIME,after tens of minutes of trying to install this plugin, then we find that it is no longer needed.

  • I was curious about the same thing. I’ve seen very little news or info regarding the WP API. I’m glad I found your message post, that we don’t need this plugin anymore.

    I just wish the WP REST API Team would have stated this too, and more clearly.
