    Using WooCommerce and Tickets Plus

The ticket, woocommerce products, all show $39.99 however on the website/events page it shows FREE. Then when clicking into the event it does charge ticket price.

Why would the events page show FREE?

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I hope you’re doing well.

Do you also have RSVPs for those events?

    Best,
    Juan.

    Hi again,

We haven’t heard from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. Feel free to start a new thread if you have any more questions!

    Best,
    Juan.

    Hi, Juan,

I’m responding to this topic because there is a similar problem within our project.
In our case our client don’t want to process the ticket sale within the website, therefore no commerce function (no tribe commerce, no woo commerce) is activated.

Nevertheless our client want that the users can reserve tickets. So we created RSVPs for the events, which has made the system publishing the words “free of charge” (in german: Kostenlos) after the time of the event.

But the events aren’t free of charge. At least not automatically every event. Some are, some not, but we want to have RSVPs for all. So we have to delete the “free of charge” element in case of tickets with prices. How can we do this?

    Thank you for your support
    Armin
