Did you think that perhaps it might be a plugin made by someone that is german?

And maybe its a german plugin that affects registrations?

Assuming you have multiple templates already installed, in your ACP click Styles and your Themes/Templates are listed in the sidebar – activate whatever one you have. This really has nothing to do with WordPress though.
