why when i click Add New theme, website cant open?

  • Hi, i just want to install a new theme in my WP Administration Panel theme section, but when i click add new theme, the website cant open, and have below error. is somethingthing wrong of my coding, i just install wordpress, just started..

    ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING

    someone know the reason?? i just want to install a theme so i can start my webiste..

  • As you just installed it, can you confirm that your wp-content directory has written access?

    I made a test and the error showed was different, but I think it’s worth trying.

    This link below has some instructions about how to do it. In my case, I had to do it directly though my hosting control panel as for some reason, it didn’t worked through FTP.
