Why won’t anyone reply to my support ticket

I have sent at least 5 support requests. I have attempted to send you emails, I have opened 2 tickets in my wp admin dashboard. I bought this plugin roughly 5 days ago and I want a refund ASAP. I can’t do business with a company that doesn’t reply to their customers.
