Why wont Spanish show up?

OK, I’ve installed everything on my server, and all I want to do is my blog show up in Spanish. I followed everything to the letter. I downloaded the Spanish mo file (actually I DL’d three of them to make sure that wasnt the issue).

Then I added the entry to wp-config.

But no matter what I do, that language selection doesn’t show.

Ive been over the documentation, and it seems that I am doing everything I need to be doing.

Any help would be appreciated.
