    In your updated version you added google—fonts and an external video button. I don′t see the advantage of this behavior…

    For me it′s not a plugin I can use, because I don′t like a google-link on my site.

    It would be more then helpful if you make this to an optional feature…

    Hi @aweller42,

    We understand where you are coming from.

    We will be removing the google-fonts on the next update (within this week).

    And if you don’t mind, can you identify the external video link? Then we will try to find a solution regarding that.

    Hence, please bear with us. And sorry for any inconvenience.

    The external link coming from your plugin:

    https://vjs.zencdn.net/7.1.0/video-js.css?ver=1

    For me it is not possible to have unknown links on my site, sorry!

    Hi, @aweller42 thanks for pointing it out.

    This is a valuable input. You are absolutely correct. We will fix this issue and remove the external link in the next update.

    Hi @aweller42 , please update the plugin. We have removed external links hence you can browse in a secured manner.

    Hello @sultan00rextheme,

    Thank you for taking action, it′s good to remove an external link.
    But for me it is not enough. You embed fonts from an external source…

    https://use.fontawesome.com/releases/v5.7.2/css/all.css?ver=1.0.0

    O.k. No google-fonts, but for me it makes no difference, because i got to declare who else would be able to get server-data…

    Sorryk, for me still unusable.

    I understand. We did notice that, and we are working on removing that as well.

    It will be fixed in a nearby update. We will inform you once it’s done. Hopefully, you will be able to use it with confidence then.

    Thanks.

    Hi @aweller42 , check out the latest update of the plugin.

    It should now have no external links loaded.

    In case you find more issues, let us know, we will try to fix them ASAP.

    For now, if this issue is met, hopefully, you will consider changing your rating back to 5 star.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    noramlly I would do this, but i still recognize the external font, your plugin is using… sorry

    Hi @aweller42 , I think there is a misunderstanding. Currently, we are not loading anything from external sources.

    Even the font we are using is being loaded from within the plugin. It is an internal link.

    If you still see an external link, then can you please give the link here? Then we will handle the matter right away.

    Thanks.

    sorry, when I activate your plugin, i recognize a new link, this time:
    googlefonts , in between fontawesome
    Why don′t you make an opt-out?

    Hi @aweller42 , I am not sure what you are referring to. Did you update the plugin?

    Our latest update made sure that we are not fetching any data from external links on the backend.

    We load a link in the frontend when you add a tour on a page or post, and that is a fontawesome link. Other possible links you may find are font fetched from your theme or loaded by WordPress.

    For example:
    At the backend of our test server, we get the following external link:
    <link rel=”dns-prefetch” href=”//s.w.org”>

    And at the frontend of a page, we get the following external links:
    <link rel=”dns-prefetch” href=”//use.fontawesome.com”>
    <link rel=”dns-prefetch” href=”//fonts.googleapis.com”>
    <link rel=”dns-prefetch” href=”//s.w.org”>

    As I said, we do not fetch data from external links in the backend, which ensures there is no risk from external sources.

    sorry just tested again:
    1. without your plugin: no googlefonts fetching
    2. activated the plugin: googlefonts are loading
    3. deactivated the plugin: no googlefonts

    that’s it, sorry

    Hi @aweller42 , don’t mind, but is the google font loading at the backend?

    Cause we have tested on multiple sites, and our latest plugin loads google fonts in the frontend. Not in the backend.

    Hi @sultan00rextheme ,
    for me it’s not important if the font is loading in the front- or in the backend…
    I just don’t want to load any font…

    Thank you

    No worries @aweller42 , I guess it is unfortunate that we couldn’t satisfy your requirements, though we tried a lot.

    Thanks for using our plugin.
