Why you never answers for PRO users

    Hello,

    I was attempting to resolve an issue with WP ULike Pro and submitted more than one ticket without receiving any response from you. All I received was a message saying, “Thanks for reaching out. Someone on our team will get back to you as soon as possible, usually within 2-8 hours during business days.”
