Wich font-family is the most standard …

Hi, I’ve noticed that alot of the example themes use different kind of font-family properties in CSS … I was wondering wich one to use in the most ‘standard’ case … (Not the monospace though, cause nobody wants to use that …) >.

Does anyone know wich are the standard available font-families on windows and mac ??
