    Typically the CSS files has theme information at the top of it – for example something like this:

    /*
Theme Name: Twenty Twelve
Theme URI: https://www.ads-software.com/extend/themes/twentytwelve
Author: the WordPress team
Author URI: https://www.ads-software.com/
Description: The 2012 theme for WordPress is a fully responsive theme ...
*/

    Neither of the sites you posted above have that kind of information in the files. So there is no answer.
