Wide table transposing on page

I’m making a table that is 13 columns wide and 30 rows long. It looks fine when I’m editing it in the Table Builder plugin, and there is a horizontal scroll bar so I can see all of the columns. However, when I view it on the wordpress page, the table becomes transposed, and also stacked on itself (so its only 5 columns and a lot more rows).

How can I make the table not transpose? Perhaps the easiest solution would be to have the horizontal scroll bar to be present on the wordpress page. Is there a way to do that?
