  • Hi @jotapov!

    Thanks for choosing Neve!

Did you try to add the widget in the footer within the Customizer and check if this way it works? Also, could you please tell us what Neve version you are using? I tried to recreate the issue but it doesn’t happen on my test instances, the widget appears properly both in Appearance -> Widgets and in the Customizer. This behavior could be caused by a plugin conflict. You could try to backup your site, deactivate all plugins, then reactivate them one by one so you will be able to check if it’s a plugin that causes the problem and replace it with an alternative one.

    I hope this helps!

    Have a nice day!

    Hello @jotapov ,

    Thank you for your reply!

You are using a cache plugin that is trying to minify Headers and Footers on your website which might be conflicting with the functionality of the theme.

Can you please purge all cache (plugins, server, browser), deactivate all plugins (the caching one is the most important), and see if you can add the widget?

Thank you and please let us know if that worked for you!
